We contribute the technology and the solution design — architecture, product engineering, AI, infrastructure — and the operating discipline to ship, while you contribute the insight, the domain and the customer relationships. How a Studio Engagement Works
Validate. Two to four weeks to sharpen the problem, define the smallest product that proves it, and price the build honestly — including what we would advise against.
Build. A senior team ships a working product in fortnightly increments you can click. AI-assisted engineering means a small team now does what used to need a large one, so a real first version is affordable at a stage it never used to be.
Launch and grow. Go-to-market, first customers, the metrics that matter, and the systems to run it — with our growth marketing team and industry contacts behind it.
How We Get Paid
We are flexible: a fixed-scope fee, a reduced fee with a modest equity position, or a revenue share for the right idea. What we will not do is take a controlling stake or leave you with code you can't own. You keep the company; we help you build it.
